No Cancellation After Payment

Once an education fee payment is successfully initiated or completed through EduFee, cancellation is not permitted. This is because payments are processed instantly through banks, payment gateways, and educational institutions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be initiated only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same fee
  • Transaction marked as failed but amount debited
  • Payment credited to EduFee but not settled to the educational institution
  • Technical errors attributable to the platform or payment gateway

Refunds are NOT applicable in cases of:

  • Incorrect student or institution details entered by the user
  • Wrong fee amount selected or entered
  • Change of admission decision or course cancellation by the institution
  • Disputes between the user and the educational institution

Convenience Fees & Charges

Convenience fees, gateway charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Only the principal transaction amount may be eligible for refund, if approved.

Failed or Pending Transactions

  • If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, it is usually auto-reversed by the bank within 3–7 working days.
  • In case of delay, users may contact our support team for assistance.

Role of Educational Institutions

EduFee acts solely as a payment facilitator. Refunds related to admission cancellation, fee adjustments, or institutional policies must be resolved directly with the educational institution.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Users are encouraged to contact EduFee support before initiating any chargeback.
  • Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of user access.
  • All disputes are subject to verification and bank/payment gateway rules.

Kepto Fintech Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
