Once an education fee payment is successfully initiated or completed through EduFee, cancellation is not permitted. This is because payments are processed instantly through banks, payment gateways, and educational institutions.
Refund requests must be raised through our official support channels.
Users may be required to submit transaction details and proof.
Refunds are processed only after verification from banks/payment partners.

EduFee shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party service providers.
Convenience fees, gateway charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Only the principal transaction amount may be eligible for refund, if approved.
EduFee acts solely as a payment facilitator. Refunds related to admission cancellation, fee adjustments, or institutional policies must be resolved directly with the educational institution.
