By using EduFee, you agree:

• To provide correct student details, institution details, and payment information.
• Not to misuse the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transactions.
• To ensure sufficient balance/credit in your payment method before initiating a transaction.
• That you are solely responsible for verifying fee amounts before payment.

• Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways, banks, and aggregators.
• Transaction success depends on third-party systems and banking networks.
• EduFee does not guarantee real-time confirmation in all cases.
• Delays due to banks, institutions, or technical issues are beyond our control.

• Convenience fees, gateway charges, or taxes (if applicable) will be clearly displayed before payment.
• Charges once paid are non-refundable, except as mentioned in the Refund Policy.

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by:

• Payment gateway rules
• Bank processing timelines
• Educational institution confirmation

Refunds may take 7–10 working days or more depending on the bank. EduFee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers.

EduFee:

• Does not verify or guarantee the authenticity of any institution.
• Is not responsible for disputes between users and educational institutions.
• Does not provide any academic, admission, or fee-related advice.

• We collect and process user data as per our Privacy Policy.
• Sensitive payment information is handled by secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
• We do not store card or banking credentials.
